Installing an excavator breaker must follow standard procedures to ensure safety and equipment compatibility. Here is the general process:

Preparation: Confirm that the breaker model matches the excavator's tonnage, check if the excavator's hydraulic system pressure and flow meet the breaker's requirements, prepare suitable pipelines, connectors, bolts and other accessories, and clean oil stains and impurities from the connection parts.

Removing the original attachment: Remove the excavator's original bucket and other attachments. When disconnecting related hydraulic pipelines, release the hydraulic system pressure first to prevent oil from spraying out.

Installing the breaker: Adjust the position via the excavator's boom and arm, hang the breaker on the excavator's connecting frame, and fasten the connecting pins with bolts to ensure a secure installation and prevent falling during operation.

Connecting hydraulic pipelines: According to the hydraulic interface markings of the breaker and excavator, correctly connect the oil inlet and return pipelines. Some breakers also require connecting the pilot control pipeline. After connection, check for pipeline twisting or squeezing.

Inspection and debugging: After connection, start the excavator, operate the breaker slowly, observe if its actions are normal and if there is any oil leakage. Meanwhile, check if the hydraulic system pressure is within the specified range; adjust promptly if there is any abnormality.

Note during installation: Be sure to read the equipment manual before operation, use special tools. If you are not familiar with the process, it is recommended to have professional technicians operate to ensure installation safety and equipment performance.
