Product Details

The 3.5-ton mini excavator is a high-performance equipment specially designed for medium and high-intensity small and medium-sized projects. By deeply integrating strong power with flexible operation, it has become a core equipment in scenarios such as rural renovation, municipal engineering, and small-scale infrastructure construction. With an overall weight of 3810kg, it achieves a golden balance between "compact body and heavy-load capacity". The overall dimensions of 4915×1720×2525mm, combined with a track gauge of 1420mm, allow it to easily navigate through confined spaces like narrow lanes and construction sites. Meanwhile, compared to smaller-tonnage models, it has stronger load-bearing and operational capabilities, enabling it to easily meet the needs of medium and high-intensity operations.



The power system is equipped with a Kubota D1703 engine (with an option for a Briggs & Stratton gasoline engine). The power output of 18.5kw (25HP), combined with a 3-cylinder in-line water-cooled 4-stroke design, delivers strong and stable power. The maximum torque of 97.4N.m and displacement of 1.642L ensure efficient output even during heavy-load operations. The entire machine complies with Euro 5 and EPA4 emission standards, leading in environmental performance. The combination of an efficient water-cooled heat dissipation system, mechanical pump, and naturally aspirated design allows the equipment to maintain stable performance during long-term continuous operations, completely solving the problem of efficiency attenuation in high-temperature environments.

The design of a 55° left boom swing angle and a 65° right boom swing angle, paired with a tail swing radius of 860mm, allows for multi-angle operations in narrow spaces without frequent machine movement, significantly improving operational efficiency.

The detailed design of the equipment takes both practicality and durability into account: the 300mm-wide steel track shoe, combined with a 1670mm track length on the ground, results in a ground pressure of only 32Kpa, enabling operation on fragile surfaces such as lawns and floor tiles without causing damage. The minimum ground clearance of 295mm effectively avoids collisions between bottom components and ground protrusions, adapting to more diversified terrains. The blade has a height of 350mm, a maximum lifting height of 365mm, and a maximum cutting depth of 385mm, which can not only quickly level the site but also assist in stabilizing the equipment during operation. The configuration of 1 carrier roller and 4 supporting rollers per side enhances track durability, and the 2×0.7L final drive design ensures sufficient travel power. The 40L fuel tank, 44L hydraulic oil tank, and 7L engine oil capacity reduce the frequency of refueling. Reinforced structural components and precision hydraulic elements enhance the overall durability of the machine, and daily maintenance only requires basic inspection and lubrication, significantly reducing operating costs.
