I. Powerful Core Power: 403J-11 Engine

Our 2-ton wheel loader is equipped with a 403J-11 engine, providing strong power for the overall operation of the machine. The engine has a rated power of 18.5 kW (24.8 BHP), operates stably at a rated speed of 2800 rpm, and can output a maximum torque of 67 N·m. This means that when the loader is shoveling and transporting materials, it can easily handle various working conditions. Even when facing relatively hard and compact material piles, it can quickly cut in with strong power to efficiently complete the operation tasks. At the same time, its fuel consumption rate is only 252 g/kWhr, which achieves good fuel economy while ensuring strong power, reducing the user's operating costs. Whether it is long-term continuous operation or frequent start-stop working conditions, the engine can run stably to ensure the efficient operation of the loader.

II. Exquisite Body Design, Flexibly Coping with Complex Spaces

  1. Compact Overall Dimensions: The loader has a body length of 3775 mm, a width (including tires) of 1325 mm, and a height of 2350 mm. This compact size design allows it to move flexibly in narrow spaces. For example, in small construction sites, material handling sites beside narrow rural roads, or indoor warehouse cargo transfer operations, the loader can easily enter and exit without being restricted by space, and has stronger site adaptability compared with large loaders.

  2. High Passability Design: The minimum ground clearance of 260 mm ensures that when the loader passes through uneven roads and sites with obstacles, the chassis components will not be easily scratched or damaged. It can pass smoothly whether on the potholed dirt roads at construction sites or the rugged paths in mining operations, ensuring the continuity of operations.

  3. Efficient Loading and Unloading Parameters: The maximum dumping height can reach 2000 mm, and the dumping distance is 600 mm. When unloading goods, materials can be accurately unloaded to the designated position, meeting the height and distance requirements of different unloading sites and containers. For example, when loading materials into truck compartments, silos, etc., unloading can be completed quickly and efficiently, improving loading and unloading efficiency. The 1575 mm wheelbase design ensures the stability of the body while taking into account steering flexibility, making the steering operation of the loader in narrow spaces more convenient.

III. Excellent Operating Performance, Efficiently Completing Handling Tasks

  1. Large-Capacity Bucket: Equipped with a 0.4 m³ bucket, it can scoop up a large amount of materials at one time, reducing the number of loadings and improving work efficiency. It can easily handle loose materials such as sand, soil, coal, or light construction waste. In sand and gravel yards, it can quickly scoop up sand and gravel and transfer them to transport vehicles, greatly accelerating the material turnover speed.

  2. High Load-Bearing Capacity and Stability: When the vehicle is in a straight line, the tipping load of the bucket can reach 980 kg, and when the vehicle is at a 68° inclination angle, the tipping load of the bucket is 600 kg, which fully reflects the high load-bearing capacity and excellent stability of the loader under different working conditions. Even when working on slopes or handling heavy materials, it can keep the body stable, avoid safety accidents such as rollover, and ensure operation safety. The reasonable operating weight of the whole machine ensures that the tires maintain good adhesion to the ground during material shoveling and transportation, providing sufficient traction.

  3. Fast Working Cycle: The total cycle time of the working device is only 8 seconds, and the whole process from material shoveling to unloading is fast and smooth. This means that the loader can complete more working cycles per unit time, significantly improving work efficiency. In emergency engineering tasks or projects with strict requirements on working time, it can give full play to its advantage of fast operation and complete the tasks on time or even in advance.

  4. Suitable Driving Speed: The driving speed ranges from 0 to 17 km/h. When transferring materials over short distances in the construction site, a higher speed can be selected to quickly reach the destination; when performing precise shoveling and unloading operations, it can operate stably at a lower speed to ensure operation accuracy. This adjustable driving speed adapts to the needs of different operation links, further improving the operation flexibility and efficiency of the loader.

IV. Flexible Steering and Tire Adaptation, Adapting to Various Working Conditions

  1. Flexible Steering System: The maximum steering angle can reach ±50°, and with a small turning radius, the loader can steer as easily in narrow spaces as in open spaces. In places with limited space such as warehouses and workshops, it can quickly adjust the direction to complete material handling tasks, greatly improving work efficiency. It can flexibly cope with both right-angle turns and 穿梭 among complex obstacles.

  2. Optional Tire Configurations: Two tire options are provided according to different working conditions. Pneumatic widened tires have better ground contact performance and grip, which can effectively prevent the tires from sinking when working on soft ground (such as sandy land, muddy construction sites), improving the passability and operation stability of the loader; vacuum tires have better wear resistance and explosion-proof performance, which are suitable for working environments with complex road conditions and many sharp objects (such as mines, waste material treatment plants), reducing the risk of tire damage, lowering maintenance costs, and ensuring the continuity of operations.
